- 1. Where can I find LIFE magazine?
- LIFE magazine is distributed every Friday in leading newspapers nationwide, at no extra charge to you. (Thursday in the Boston Herald, the Metrowest Daily News, and the Memphis Commercial Appeal; Saturday in the El Neuvo Herald and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch; and Sunday in the NY Daily News). - Yes, you can send photos to puzzlephotos@life.com, along with your name and daytime telephone number. When you send LIFE your photo, you will retain copyright of it, but by submitting it you are granting LIFE a license to publish it (along with your name) if LIFE chooses, and to republish it at any time in the future in any and all media now known or hereafter developed.

- 12. What is the most published LIFE photograph of all time?
- The most popular photograph in the history of LIFE has been "VJ Day". This classic photograph taken on August 15, 1945 pictures a sailor embracing a woman in the center of Times Square. This photograph was taken by Alfred Eisenstaedt, who was a staff photographer for LIFE from 1936 to 1966.
