LIFE photographer Ed Clark visited celebrity gangster Mickey Cohen and wife LaVonne at their Brentwood, Ca., home for the 1950 story "Trouble in Los Angeles." The trouble was Mickey's, as the cops were unfairly rousting him — his phrase — for having cursed at them.
