Nanjing Paleontology Museum Opens

NANJING, CHINA - JANUARY 8: (CHINA OUT) Visitors view dinosaur fossils at the Nanjing Paleontology Museum January 8, 2006 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. The Nanjing Paleontology Museum is the largest paleontology museum in China. With a joint investment of about RMB 44 million (USD 5.45 million) from Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) and Jiangsu Province, the museum displays over 1,600 pieces of ancient creature fossils. It was opened fully on December 31, 2005 to mark the New Year.
