Edith Bouvier Beale (1895-1977) and her namesake daughter (1917-2002), aunt and cousin to Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis, are seen in the bedroom they share in the dilapidated East Hampton mansion called Grey Gardens in 1975, the year that the documentary of that title makes them famous.
